Juicer Warehouse™ does not accept returns on the Omega Juicer 1000. If the Omega Juicer 1000 gets damaged in shipping we will replace the product without charge for up to three days after confirmation receipt from the shipping carrier. All sales are final!
Since we are a distributor for Omega Products, Inc. you will have to take up all warranty claims with the manufacturer.
